CISANGKAN® tile is produced using wet process. Raw material of sand and cement of choice will pass a long process, that is using Japanese technology machine, then each piece of tile produced through soaking process (2 x 24 hours) and curing naturally (14 - 21 days), and each piece of tile will be through the process of scrubbing and quality control one by one. Finishing is the end of the coating process with solvent base paint to order.
One of the leading CISANGKAN® tile products is the Victoria flat tile profile which is available in 4 models / motifs, precision and interlocking system with each other making it possible to install very neat and impermeable to rainwater influx caused by wind factor.
Another advantage of Victoria's flat tile profile is to have a Gutter Line that is a water strap to direct the flow of rainwater, Two Lines Barrier, Upper Barrier and Double Protection Bar to stem the rain.
CISANGKAN® tile is designed in accordance with tropical climate in Indonesia and has passed testing which refers to the national standard that is SNI 0096 - 2007. Standard Bending Test that is Bending Strength> 1200 N
